Dr. Sylvia Whitlock is a Cum Laude graduate of Claremont Graduate University – Ph.D. in the field of Education and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with MFT degree from Azusa Pacific University. As a retired California Public School Principal, a retired member of the State of California Commission on Credentialing, a Teacher Training Supervisor and a retired Los Angeles County social worker Dr. Whitlock has dedicated her life to education and social justice.  She is also a very revered and noted individual in the Rotary International world as her case was contested in the US Supreme Court with the ruling being in favor of women membership in the organization. She is a winner of many awards both in the field of education and in the Rotary world.
